Apex Maids was licensed in November 2025. We are small and recent, and we would rather tell you that than claim a decade we do not have. What it means in practice is that the person who answers your WhatsApp is the person handling your case — no queue, no account manager, no handover to someone who has not read your file. If you would rather have a large agency with a long history, that is a fair choice and there are good ones.
