Privacy notice
This website does not have forms or accounts. When you contact us, you do so directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, and what you send us stays between you and us. The site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages people read and which buttons they tap, so we can tell whether the website is working. Nothing here is sold or shared for marketing by third parties.
Like most websites, apexmaids.sg records anonymous usage information through Google Analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device and browser, and whether a WhatsApp, call or email button was tapped. This uses cookies set by Google. It tells us that someone tapped the WhatsApp button on the elderly care page, not who.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
When you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, number, household details, and what you are looking for. We use it only to shortlist and place a helper for you, to answer your questions, and to meet our obligations under the Employment Agencies Act. Your messages on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. We share them only where the placement requires it, for example with the Ministry of Manpower for a work permit application, an insurer for the required insurance, or the helper herself so she can decide whether to accept the position.
Under our licence conditions we may not disclose a helper's personal information without her written consent. Biodata is shared with you for the purpose of a placement and should not be forwarded or reposted.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to our using it. To do any of that, or to ask a question about this notice, email enquiry.apexmaids@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8405 6661.
The only cookies on this site are set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for the anonymous usage measurement described above. You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site works the same without them.
